Summary: Every year since I retired in 2015 I rent a house in Arizona so I can attend Mariner spring training. Of all the houses I have rented this has to be the best one of all. The house is just 5 minutes away from the Peoria Sports Complex which is very nice. You have a Costco, Super Walmart and large mall in the same area but the neighborhood is very quiet. The owner Tony is just great to rent from. I had sent two different emails asking questions but instead of replying with an email he called me. I met a few of the neighbors who were all very nice and pleasant to talk to. You would not be disappointed to stay at this property.
