The North Villa Alisseos is a self-contained unit and is 100m2 in size. As it is located directly next to the South Villa, both units can be rented together and can accommodate up to 12 people.
It is designed for 4 people with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and separate toilets, but can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. One of the two toilets and one of the bathrooms is suitable for disabled people.
The beds are both XXL king size, 2×2 metres each. Both bedrooms have stunning sea views and access to the terraces and pool.
There is a spacious communal living room with a large lounge area, a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. The windows can be opened in all rooms and offer panoramic views to the sea, the Taigetos mountains and the olive groves.

LOCATION of North Villa Alisseos
The villa is situated 200 metres above sea level with fantastic views over the sea to the western peninsula of the Peloponnese and breathtaking sunsets, below a small typical Maniotic village which is only a few minutes walk away. Here you will find one of the most romantic tavernas in the area, offering excellent food and live Greek music several times a week. This taverna is a meeting place for all the locals and visitors to dance.
The view to the east is of unspoilt mountainous countryside, to the west of the Messinian Gulf and the plain of Agios Nikolaos.
Around the villa, guests have 1 hectare of land, partly olive groves, partly Mediterranean scrub, at their disposal, inviting them to explore or enjoy a picnic. The only neighbours are the owners of the South Villa and the North Villa.
