3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms (master bed has ensuite bath)
Screened in porch with string lights (lights are controlled via remote).
Pool is uncovered (no Lanai) but does have a removable fence, available upon request.. PLEASE note, open pool will occasionally have debris such as leaves, branches, dust etc in it, we do our best to keep it clean but it may not be perfectly clear… feel free to use the pool anytime (children under 14 must be supervised at all times)
