IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT: 1. HOLIDAY RATES - If your dates include a holiday week, the cost of your reservation will be adjusted to reflect the full holiday rate. 2. THANKSGIVING 2021 - We will consider non-Saturday arrival and departure dates depending on the property. Please note that your rate will be adjusted to reflect the full holiday rate if you book a non-Saturday to Saturday stay that straddles the week of November 20 - 27, 2021. To quickly learn the full holiday week rate, you can enter the dates of November 20 - 27, 2021. This is the full holiday week rate you will be paying for a 7 night stay. 3. CHRISTMAS WEEK 2021 - We will be accepting reservations of seven nights or more with a departure date between December 25 - 27, 2021. 4. NEW YEARS EVE WEEK 2021 - We will be accepting reservations of 7 nights or more with an arrival date between December 27 – 31, 2021. If the property you are interested in already has a departure on December 26 then we will accept a reservation with an arrival of December 26. 5. JANUARY 2022 - We will be accepting reservations of 7 nights or more with arrival dates of January 3 or later. Departure dates must be a Saturday. The spacious open concept floor plan begins at the front door and gracefully moves its way to the back of the house which has been artfully outfitted with an entire wall of sliders. This gleaming glass wall gives the appearance of an infinity room that spills out to the back yard while offering an amazing view of the indigenous mangrove trees and their tangled root system wildly spouting from the bed of the calm canal. The Euro-design kitchen sports all white custom cabinetry iced with cool quartz countertops. The backyard is where you will find the new modern heated pool along with a private dock for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or boating. Other amenities out back include an outdoor cold and hot shower, a gas grill, and poolside dining table large enough to seat the entire family. The split floor plan has the master suite along with a queen bedroom on the left side of the house while the right side contains the bunk room and queen guest bedroom separated by a Jack and Jill bath. The house, while nested in a tranquil cul-de-sac, is just steps from fine dining, shopping and convenience store on Pine Av., and a short stroll to the the wonderful white beaches of the Gulf.
