Surrounded by country fields, and nestled in a valley along the Bow Creek, you'll find the Quiet Country Village of Bow Valley. North Crick Lodge is a Private Vacation Rental that has been a part of Bow Valley for over 100 years. We are located just 1 mile South of the Outlaw Trail Scenic Byway, 7 miles North of Hartington. Nearby attractions include Nissen Winery (1.5 miles), St. James Marketplace (10 minute drive), Gavins Point Dam (20 minute drive), and Ponca State Park (40 minute drive). We are privileged to be Home to One of the Most Beautiful Churches in Nebraska ; Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church (see article in Nebraska Life Magazine). While Bow Valley is a small, rural village. There are service stations and dining options in Hartington, NE; 8 miles south of us or Wynot, NE; 7 miles to the east. We also have a Dance Hall, Blacksmith Shop, and Community Playground. We offer WiFi, Netflix, Local Telephone Service, Ample Off Street Parking, and more. * There are Nigerian Goats and Laying Hens behind the fenced-in backyard, and on the far west end of the property. Guests are welcome to visit the animals. Owners will provide feeding/watering once daily; and will supply treats for Guests who would like to feed the animals. There is also a large seasonal vegetable garden and fruit orchard in this area as well, which Guests are welcome to; we just ask that You take only what You need during Your stay. * 5.5% Nebraska State Sales tax is Included in the Rate; 4% State & County Lodging Tax is listed separately in tax section.
