The Space:
Please note that the pool is NOT regularly maintained from October through March. If you would like to use the pool during those months, you are welcome to do so, but it is important to note that it is not heated and guests will be responsible for skimming any debris if you choose to use the pool during the off-season.
The STR Operational Permit for this property is in-process with the City of North Charleston and is following all regulations of the recently-issued ordinance.

If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.
