5 Bedroom House in Bethany Beach

Just built! Our home is new and first rented in June of 2016. Near beaches, golfing and biking of Bethany Beach DE. Our clean, smoke free home perfect for families with kids. Gourmet kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and island with seating. Open floor plan with great room, kitchen and dining room. Large dining table for big family meals. Lots of windows and floor to ceiling slider doors bring in lots of sunlight and give great views. Sleeps 14 comfortably with 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. Main floor owner's suite with king, beautiful master bath and large walk in closet, plus upper level master with king (bed # 2) private bath and walk in closet, bed # 3 with king and private bath, bed #4 with queen bed and daybed, bed # 5 with pyramid bed and trundle, and a loft with sleeper sofa. Large partially screened deck overlooking the waters and sunsets of Delaware Seashore State Park. Outdoor grill. Room for 2 cars in garage and more in the driveway. Community amenities include infinity pool (just across the street, 2 doors down), pool house with grill and TV and a private fitness center. Pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Due to Covid19, it will open on June 27th with safety restrictions in place. You will be able to enjoy as long as you abide by the rules and realize you assume the risks of illness or injury . A new kayak launch is available for use in our neighborhood with 2 kayaks for our home. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment and utensils you might need. Our home is family friendly with amenities for small children such as pack n plays, stroller, high chairs, a wagon and things to keep the kids busy and adults busy. There are also beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bikes, corn hole, board games, puzzles, beach toys and other toys. We know how inconvenient it is to have to travel with those things. You will find our home is well equipped. Wifi is of course available. We have a strict NO Pets policy.
