Welcome to Seashore House, Mundesley your 8 bedroom Norfolk retreat. Sea views and blue flag beach only 200 yards away. Celebrate in style by the beach; this is a perfect holiday venue for larger families and groups. Standing on the cliff-top in the seaside town of Mundesley. Commanding views of the sea from the forward-facing upstairs rooms, this is a very spacious, detached, property with its own large, wrap-around, lawned gardens, enclosed at the rear making it ideal for smaller children and pets. Parking for ten cars. The space The house boasts a spacious, open plan kitchen/diner area ideal for entertaining and a dinner celebration (table seating for 16). There is a large south facing garden with a patio’d area - perfect for al-fresco dining (table seating for 16) , gas BBQ and a hot tub (4/5 people). There is an additional lounge, a TV room /snug and a conservatory equipped with a football table and 7 foot pool table. There is high speed broadband, Wifi, Smart TV’s and private off-street parking for 10 cars. In total there are 6 toilets (3 en-suite), 5 showers and a bath. The garden to the rear of the house is self contained, perfect for pets and the front garden has views of the sea which is only 200 meters away. There are eight bedrooms - three with en-suite toilets. In total there are five showers, one bath and six toilets. A short walk away is the centre of Mundesley, a charming Victorian seaside village with shops, butchers, post office, cafés/restaurants, pubs, golf course and the amazing, Blue Flag sandy beach. There are beach cafes and a surf-paddle board school (summer holidays). Further along the coastline are the traditional seaside towns of Cromer and Sheringham, both with excellent sandy beaches, town centres and cliff-top golf courses. Cromer has a pier with a theatre hosting regular concerts and visiting performers, an RNLI lifeboat station and museum, and hosts Carnival week (normally held during the third week of August) and fireworks over the water on New Year’s Day (weather permitting). Sheringham is home to the North Norfolk Steam Railway, Splash aqua pool, National Trust Sheringham Gardens, is host to the 1940’s weekend celebrations held during September, and has regular market days. A 30-minute drive away is the famous Norfolk Broads, best explored by water with daily boat hire and river trips available, and there are plenty of riverside restaurants, cafés and shops. Enjoy a day exploring the city of Norwich for excellent shopping, indoor malls, a market square, cinema complexes, theatre, castle museum, cathedral, bowling and plenty of cafés, pubs and restaurants. This lovely area provides so much to see, with excellent coastal walks direct from door, circular paths and trails, great cycling opportunities to explore this beautiful coastline, many pretty villages with award-winning eateries, RSPB bird reserves and sanctuaries, seal-watching trips and steam train rides. Conservatory/games room with pool table, additional fridge, football table and French doors leading to front garden with sea views.
