Situated in the secure, private and exclusive community of La Isla almost completely surrounded by lakes and views of orange groves and mountains this luxurious modern Scandinavian styled apartment is ideal for a holiday getaway. Relax in one of two infinity pools, there is also a children's play area, a games area with ping-pong tables, boules pitch and exercise stations along the perimeter walkway. A short stroll away is Al Kasar, where all the bars, restaurants and supermarket are located.
A representative of the management company, Military Breaks Plus, will be available at all times by phone during your stay. Additionally they will offer in-person support/maintenance when needed and they have a onsite office open during weekday mornings in Al Kasar, the main commercial centre of the resort.
La Isla is the most private and exclusive area on the resort, surrounded by lakes with its own security entrance and designated parking for each apartment. There are two infinity pools, outdoor ping pong tables, a boules pitch and exercise stations along the perimeter walkway. Just outside the Island is a park with seating and an enclosed football pitch. The centre of Al Kasar is only a few minutes walk away, where you will find a large well stocked supermarket, a good range of bars and restaurants, a gym, furniture shop, hairdresser, dentist, property management, estate agents and ATMs.
Between Narjanos 6 and 7 is the entrance to the Jack Nicklaus designed Alhama Signature Par 72, 6884m golf course with practice facilities, driving range, clubhouse with pro shop, buggy and club hire and its own snack bar with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains.
On the other side of the resort, between Jardine 5 and 7, is the Condado clubhouse with its own bar and restaurant, paddle and tennis courts and football area.
This apartment is ideal for exploring the Mazarron area and is about 25 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Bolneuvo, Percheles, La Azohia, and the coastal town of Puerto de Mazarron with marina, beaches, bars and restaurants.
The mountains of the Sierra Espuna nature reserve are a short drive away with hiking trails, quad biking, kayaking, mountaineering and numerous cycle paths. The bright lights of Murcia city are about forty minutes away, as is the historic walled city of Cartagena, with its natural harbour defended by fortified walls and a remarkable Roman theatre.
Condado de Alhama is a very secure and gated community with 24 hour security. The complex is patrolled by security guards and there is CCTV in the main communal areas. For access please have your booking confirmation and ID card ready when you arrive at the entrance to the resort.
Guests will have full private access to the apartment and instructions for key collection and apartment location will be sent prior to arrival by Whats App and email.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen which includes a moccamaster and Nespresso coffee machine, stylish microwave and a super quiet dishwasher. The dining/living room is open plan and spacious and gives a contemporary feel to the flat, which has large doors leading out onto the furnished balcony/terrace to relax and enjoy. It also offers Scandinavian TV channels plus other European channels and 100 MB wifi is included. The air conditioning in the flat is very quiet and has a motion sensor to keep you cool wherever you are inside the room. There are two bedrooms, a double room with two single beds, both with extra long 2m mattresses (Scandinavian size), and a master bedroom which has a double bed fitted with an extra comfortable memory foam mattress, TV and air conditioning and has a safe located in the large built-in wardrobe.
The apartment is situated close to the lift and has easy access to the swimming pool. The balcony/solarium is very private due to being an end property and offers comfortable garden furniture for al fresco dining and entertaining. The terrace also overlooks the magnificent Infinity pool and across the rugged landscape of southern Murcia. The community of La Isla has two communal swimming pools (not heated) and a children's pool area and the flat is equipped with portable sun loungers and sun chairs.

Car hire is strongly recommended during your holiday. Airport transfers and taxi hire are available by prior arrangement. Buses to local attractions are also offered on a limited and seasonal basis.
Travel time to Alicante airport (ALC) is 75 minutes and Corvera airport (RMU) less than 30 minutes.
Normal electricity consumption is included in the rental price. The apartment has a meter connected to the air conditioning, €10 usage is included per stay, additional units can be purchased on site from the management company.
