Finally, we have an assortment of beach toys and folding beach chairs in our unit to get you started in addition to the beach chair / umbrella set we provide through the beach service. The entire condo has beautiful tile flooring - NO CARPET!!. The living area has a queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress, Samsung flat screen TV, DVD player and a bar nook for serving drinks. The fully equipped kitchen has been beautifully upgraded with granite countertops and full size stainless steel & black appliances. You will enjoy plenty of seating with a dining table for 6 and barstools for more casual dining at the bar. The master bedroom features a king size bed and a flat screen TV. The ensuite bathroom has been recently renovated with granite countertops and an oversized walk-in shower with integrated seat. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and a flat screen TV with a full bath featuring a full sized tub with tile shower surround. All flooring has been upgraded to ceramic tile, so no carpet in this condo. And for your convenience, there is also a full size washer and dryer. This wonderful condo will make you feel right at home with everything you need for an incredible Emerald Coast vacation. Mainsail is a gated resort with 24/7 security and amenities including tennis courts, shuffle board, fitness center, game room, outdoor grilling pits with eating areas and covered parking. There are two pools plus a kiddie pool, kid's waterfall feature and hot tub. The main feature at Mainsail however, is the sugar-sand beach and some of the best clear water surf on the Gulf Coast... earning this area the title of "The Emerald Coast". This beach is the real deal! Enjoy frequent dolphin sightings, pelicans, seagulls, endless sea-shells and sand dollars. If you're lucky, you might see live starfish, sea turtles or even a manatee. And the beach service not only offers chairs and umbrellas, but has paddle-boards and kayaks available for rent on the beach. Mainsail also enjoys long stretches of quiet uncrowded beach because almost all of the neighboring properties are beach houses.
