This property, with its fine commodities including the jacuzzi, is a great option for those who want to have a comfy stay.
This bohemian style residence has a large living room with sleeper sofa and accent fireplace. A full-size kitchen with a dinette. Laundry available in the kitchen. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. The large front and back yard is mostly fenced. Side deck is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Backyard features a fire pit and patio style furniture and large level mostly fenced yard. There is also an air mattress available upon request to fit up to 8 people.
Backyard shed is utilized by the owners only and owners may access driveway at any time.

1. Once the booking has been approved, you will receive a URL link that will take you to our digital Vacation Rental Agreement. This agreement must be filled and signed within 24 hours of booking approval, otherwise, the booking will be canceled.
2. There is an additional charge for guests not included in the reservation. We do have a surveillance camera that we monitor occasionally.
3. Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
4. There shall not be smoking of any kind inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains will be applied from anywhere to $400 to $600, and if you have a deposit in place, you will not receive your security deposit back.
5. PARKING: parking is provided on the right side of the driveway. Our driveway is suitable for only 3 sedans or smaller SUVs. If larger/longer cars or if more than one car, you can park parallel in front of the house, but we ask for a limit of 3 cars at any given time.
6. No parties or events (baby showers, birthday parties, etc.)
7. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
8. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
9. Excessive noise is subject to cancellation of stay. All guest funds will be forfeited for the entire stay. We have neighbors that have been instructed to call the police. This includes screaming, constant outdoor activity or loud music and will be reported. We’re not here to monitor your every move - have a good time, just don't hold a party or make excessive noise. Please respect our home and the community.
10. There will be a 100% refundable deposit of $400 for guest that have (3) or fewer reviews on their profile. This refundable deposit must be approved no longer than 24 hrs after booking has been approved, otherwise we will have to cancel the reservation.
11. No additional guests inside the house in excess of the amount listed on your original reservation. This means if you book for 2 people you cannot have more than 2 at the house at all times unless you let us know for approval. Our maximum amount is 6 guests.
12. You will be required to notify us of any additional extra guests.
13. We have respectful neighbors who enjoy the peaceful community. So if you're planning to have a party it will get shut down quickly and you will be asked to immediately vacate the premises.
14. We strive to respect your privacy but if there is an urgent or safety maintenance issue, we reserve the right to enter the property with no notice however this is only a last resort. We pride ourselves on respecting your privacy.
15. Some units are equipped with outdoor-only safety cameras. In the event that the cameras are tampered with, we reserve the right to enter the property to check the number of guests along with charge a $100 fee. We will confirm with our provider to confirm there is an outage first. We only have cameras on the outside of the property and would never violate anyone’s privacy.
16. The individual booking the reservation must be over the age of 25 years old, if age is not met, we will charge an additional $300 refundable deposit, which would be refunded once check out. We reserve the right to check government-issued IDs at the time of check-in if needed.
17. The owners use the outside space for parking and storage of RV's and trailers.
18. No crypto miners are allowed at the property.
19. Booking will not be approved to locals.
20. No smoking is allowed inside house. Fees will be assessed upon checkout if smoke enters home.
