3 Bedroom House in Sunnyside, Panama City Beach
Beautifully furnished house on Dune Crest - less than a block from the private, quiet beach in the gated community of Carillon Beach. Two master bedrooms with full baths attached, and a third extra large bedroom with adjoining full bath. Bunk beds built into the wide hallway outside of the third bedroom. Pack and play with removable bassinet and two booster seats are also available. There is a small office off of the master if you have to get some work done in paradise.
Have fun with the three pools (one heated -some have adults only hours), also a kiddie pool, playground, dedicated pickleball courts, tennis court, basketball court, bocce and shuffleboard. There are lots of amenities in the community. Or relax on the two beach chairs and umbrella that will be set up for you at the beach (more chairs and umbrellas are available for rent).
Enjoy your morning coffee on either the upper porch off of the master bedroom, the lower porch off of the living room, or climb to the tower level and enjoy overlooking the whole town and a view of the gulf.
Your teens can enjoy their own space in the tower, with a sofa and large tv, suitable for hooking up gaming consoles or watching Netflix etc. Have them bring their own consoles and video games in case of a rainy day! Or play some of the supplied board games or do a puzzle.
Carillon has it's own little town - just steps from the house -with a wonderful breakfast/lunch café where you can eat outside under the umbrellas and a full service restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. There are also cute shops, bike and paddle board rentals, a gym with short term memberships and a yoga studio.
On Sundays, there is a non-denominational 10am church service in the darling chapel right on the lake.
But our favorite part of Carillon is it's namesake - the bells! The bells ring on the hour (during the day) with an occasional short melody added in. You will feel like you are in Europe. It is such a nice touch to our quiet little community.
