Sixteen stairs from the parking lot take you to this top-level condo with vaulted ceilings and an exceptional view. This unit is fully furnished with a King size bed with pillow-top mattress in the master and a Queen size bed in the second bedroom. The comfortably furnished living room and master bedroom have flat-screen TVs equipped with cable. The second bedroom has a TV and DVD player. Free high-speed WiFi is also included.

The 21-acre point and 2200 feet of shoreline make for great fishing along the shore, off the dock, and by boat. For the boaters, there is boat ramp on-site and a 10 x 24 boat slip included. A mini-mart is within walking distance and includes a laundry facility, deli, etc. You can purchase everything here from live bait to fine wine!
