Welcome to NO BAD DAYS.. this brand new elegant 5 Br beach house was just finished in 2021. Walking distance to the beach and private pool. The home features soaring ceilings and a modern design that has been lovingly curated and artfully decorated. From the moment you step into the grand living area, you are greeted by a custom furniture package and one of a kind art pieces from the area by notable 30A artists. Generous seating for everyone and a large farmhouse table for meals that you want to cook in! With over 3500 square feet, there is room for all! The kitchen is out of this world with double refrigerators, custom commercial appliances, and a truly spacious, gourmet layout to suit your every culinary need. The master bedroom is off the kitchen and features a king bed, and an ensuite bath with free standing tub and separate tile shower. 3 other bedrooms have queen beds and private, ensuite baths. Each its own retreat. There is a bunk room with built twin bunk beds over a full bed. Additionally, there is a futon. Sleeps 12 in total and absolute comfort. Brand new 12x24 inground pool (heated with additional fee) in the back yard to complete this Vacation oasis. But wait, there is still more.. There is an oversized 2 car garage with Beach items and a brand new 6 seat golf cart for your trips to the beach (available with additional fee). Truly one of the most elegant, comfortable, and significant homes on the west end of PCB. Close to Pier Park, and all of the fun. Available on VRBO direct from owner, we keep costs low and pass the savings on to you. Pool Heat is available for an additional fee of $50 per night. Must be paid in advance for the duration of your stay. Please speak with owners directly regarding pool heat. Street Legal Golf Cart is available for an additional fee of $50 Per Day. This includes the pick up and delivery.
