It's the beach, and it should be bright and fun, right? So, the owners have painted some yellow ceilings and doors to add a little color to your life while you're at the beach! The house features an open floor plan with a connected living room and kitchen, so you're never far away from the conversations.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs, air fryer, crock-pot, waffle iron, etc.. The best part of the house is that every bedroom has its own bathroom! This allows several families or groups to have their own space. Each bedroom also has a small smart TV for a little down time if needed and a small deck to peek out at the action outside. The master bedroom is located on the main living level and hosts a king size bed. Each additional bedroom hosts a queen size bed and a set of twin bunk beds. This home accommodates 10 people.
After Hurricane Michael, most homes in the area are being constructed with pylons, so you will have to walk upstairs to get to the first floor and second floors of the home. If you want to hang out under the house, there is an outside bathroom (with a shower!) that's available for you to wash off the sand after a day at the beach.
One of the best parts about the house is its location, Mexico Beach! From the beach house, it's 300 feet to the sand and 700 feet to the water.

Summary: This house was perfect for the sweet 16 birthday weekend for my daughter and her friends. My husband and I took on the challenge of taking 6 teenagers to the beach for a long weekend. The home had plenty of space for everyone, was only a few steps from the beach and met all of our needs. It was clean and well stocked. The outdoor shower was great for rinsing off before heading inside. Amber was easy to reach and quick to respond to me questions prior to our arrival.
