Positive: The downtown location was great for me. It was very quiet at night, no traffic there. The bed was very comfortable, the space very clean and well furnished. It is clearly someone's home, but it was cleared of most personal items, which is important to me in a rental. There were some thoughtful touches such as a variety of chargers and batteries available for use.
Negative: I had trouble falling asleep the first night due to the noise of the forced air heating. I did get used to it, though.
Summary: Clean, comfortable, and a really nice space.
