Welcome to Royal Seaesta 9 An ideal home for 2-3 couples or 2 families with children. Whether you’re staying for 3 nights, a week or more - we invite you to make yourself at home in this beautiful townhome and enjoy an unforgettable beach vacation. This very special 2-level home is in the Royal Seaesta Townhome Community with private access to the pristine white sand of Miramar Beach. It’s also just a few steps from Pompano Joe’s. It features 2 Master Suites (1 King & 1 Queen) and a Bunk Room with Twin-over-Full Bunk Beds (all bedrooms have attached full bathrooms), an inviting living/dining area, and a well-equipped, updated kitchen. If your group is all adults, this home is most comfortable with 6 guests max. We keep this home clean and well updated, and pay attention to amenities you expect, such as FREE WiFi, HDTVs with cable service, big, fluffy bath towels and hair dryers in each bathroom, and more. We also provide items our smaller guests may need like a high chair and pack-n-play. 1ST LEVEL Living | Dining | Kitchen In our main open living area, we have comfortable seating with a sofa and loveseat. You can watch your favorite shows on the large HDTV. The dining table seats four for special vacation meals, and there is also seating for three at the kitchen bar. You’ll love the beautifully updated kitchen featuring stainless appliances. granite counters - including a raised bar area for dining, and lots of cabinet storage. This kitchen is also well-equipped with plenty of dishes, flatware, professional cookware, toaster, blender, Cuisinart coffee maker, and everything you’ll need to enjoy cooking and dining while you experience life at the beach. There’s also a gas grill for your private use near the back door. For your convenience, the laundry closet is just off the kitchen with a washer and dryer. We also provide an iron and ironing board. Bunk Room Children and teens will love this comfortable space with a twin-over-full bunk bed with a full-size trundle bed too. There’s a large dresser and a double closet for storing clothes and toys. They’ll also appreciate the large TV and attached full bathroom. Bathroom #1 This full bathroom is attached to the Bunk Room and is also accessible from the hallway on the 1st floor. It features a tub/shower combination, toilet and single vanity with storage. SECOND LEVEL King Master Suite This spacious bedroom on the second floor features a King Bed, dresser, HDTV and it even includes a wet bar with sink, drip coffee maker and small refrigerator. There are side tables with reading lamps and double closets, giving you plenty of space to settle in and make yourself at home here. If you need a quiet space to work or check emails during your stay, you can set up your laptop on the desk in this room. You’ll appreciate the convenience of the attached private bathroom. Bathroom #2 - private ensuite for King Master Suite This bathroom features a double vanity with storage, toilet, soaker tub and walk-in shower. Queen Master Suite This 2nd private retreat on the second floor, features a Queen bed, bedside tables with lamps, and a television. Two double closets allow you to really settle in and make yourself at home here. Your private full bathroom is attached too. Bathroom #3 - private ensuite for Queen Master Suite It features a single vanity with storage, tub/shower combination and commode. PRIVATE ACCESS to PUBLIC BEACH You'll appreciate the private access to the public beach -- it's just across Scenic 98 from this home (about a two minute walk). The Destin/Miramar Beach area has miles of white sand public beaches to enjoy. As our guest, you can access the beach from this private gate (we provide a code) rather than having to walk farther to use public access points. There are four beach chairs at the home for you to take to the beach. Royal Seaesta also has a small community pool (approx. 8' x 12') with bench seating all around. The pool is not heated. PARKING This home includes two dedicated parking spaces. Fee-paid parking may be available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis. PET FRIENDLY We are pet friendly and welcome your dogs in our home. There is a $200 per dog extra fee and your dog must be pre-approved by the owner. Only dogs allowed (no other pets.) Please include the breed/size of your dogs in your inquiry for pre-approval. LOCATION You can walk to an oceanfront favorite - Pompano Joe’s Seafood Restaurant from this home. Other restaurants, attractions and retail options are nearby too, like The Silver Sands Outlet Mall and Destin Commons, a beautiful upscale shopping and entertainment center. It features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Bass Pro Shop, World of Beer, Panera Bread, Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl & Grill, AMC Theater with IMAX and much more. BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE!
