Negative: Not ready for occupation at 2pm, despite being give room key - still being cleaned/made up Renovations ongoing - but some aspects not finished off well - toilet seat loose and not aligned with pan, pile of loose screws on the roof just outside the window Reception are unimpressive - like a service entrance
