4 Bedroom House in Castine

This is an absolutely beautiful property that was fully remodeled this year. On the water with stunning 180 degree ocean views. Great location just 2 blocks to the restaurants and shopping. Very large, 5,000 square feet of living space. All brand new furniture and beds. Widescreen TVs in 3 rooms and a tournament ping pong table in the bunk room. Many new appliances along with a new washing machine and dryer. Glassed in sun porch, walk in closets, patio w/waterfront views chairs and tables, and beach access. This is basically a new house. Newly landscaped front and backyards with a fire pit at water's edge.
We are looking for a few good annual long-term summer renters that we can share time with over the next ten summers. This is our second home and we have made a large investment into the property as you can see by the pictures. We are hoping to find some good quality families that will be willing to take good care of the property while they are there.

Summary: We had a wonderful week in Castine! There was 9 of us and we had plenty of space to be together or tucked away on our own to work and relax. Would highly recommend and are planning on returning.
