Summary: The house and its location in Los Molinas is great. We backed up to green space and a view of the mountains. We were close enough to the clubhouse to walk to dinner. The house is fully appointed and it was perfect having 3 bedroom suites plus 1/2 bath. The gas instant on hot water heater was the only negative in the house. Gas instant on is not consistent. We had to finesse the water faucets to keep from getting burned or having all cold. We would definitely stay here again.
