The apartment is centrally located, in the popular area of Oasis de Capistrano in Nerja, 50 km east of Malaga. (45 min by car or bus)
The apartment is a charming and completely newly renovated very spacious 1 bedroom apartment of 55 sqm in a high standard with room for a total of 2 + 1 people. It has a brand new kitchen with fine material choices and good space to prepare delicious meals, the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. The equipment in the kitchen is also brand new and fresh.
The bathroom is renovated in bright fine material choices and has a large spacious shower. There is also a combined washing machine / cloth dryer in a hidden cupboard.
The terrace is located in a southern direction and is covered with a roof and has a lovely view of the pool and the fantastic garden with palm trees and flowers. The terrace has a large dining table and two sun chairs to rest and sleep in. The best time of day is usually to have breakfast on the terrace and look out over the garden.
