Positive: It is a very nice location right at the harbour. It is close to sights in Skudneshaven and Avaldsnes. The landlady was very friendly. The kitchen is very well equipped. We enjoyed it a lot.
Negative: Unfortunately, although the property sleeps 6 only three can eat at the breakfast bar, there is no table. So three had to eat standing. Careful when booking, there is a fourth party involved, Novasol, who handles tha payment and enquiries regarding the facilities and they proved less then helpful. Also, the description on Booking.com unfortunately contained nothing about having to bring your own sheets, we only learned about that from Novasol after our non-refundable payment. Luckily, the landlady helped us out after Novasol blews us off, saying we should just buy bedding for six on the way there….
