Positive: Apartment clean and tidy, good position, beach view.
Negative: Agent who supplied keys, explained all extra costs, dealt with deposit, and checked on departure,. was German Speaking, had no English and very little Spanish. Very noisy evening and night, and this was out of season May – ear plugs needed. Wi-Fi intermittent. Be aware of extra charges to be paid on arrival. €90 for Cleaning – cannot be justified. Electricity Deposit of €15 per day – Meter was checked before and after then a charge of €0.40 per Kw charged. I have family member who lives in Javea who says current Electricity average cost is €0.06 per Kw . AN ABSOLUTE RIP OFF. Also charge of €20 per head for Bed Linen and Towels-option to bring your own- if you can get them in your luggage !! The Total EXTRA cost to your Holiday at this apartment could be around €180. BEWARE.
