Welcome to Paris!
My 70 square meters apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults en 2 children) and is perfect for a romantic or family stay, but also suitable for a couple with a baby between 0 and 1 year! It is located on the 5th floor with elevator and located in the heart of the 19th district, near all amenities! You will stay ideally near several sites of interest, namely: the basin of the Villette and the Park of Buttes-Chaumont.

## Logement
Located in Paris, my apartment is bright and well equipped! You will have everything at your disposal to spend a comfortable stay! It is suitable for a couple or a couple with a baby.
It can accommodate 2 people and is composed of a bedroom with a double bed; another with a children bunk bed (80x160 and 60kg max) a fully equipped and functional kitchen; a clean shower room; and a large living room with a television and a nice dining area.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Coffee machine, Fireplace, Oven, Iron.
You will also have a balcony which will be very appreciated in summer.
Ideally located, my apartment is close to all amenities and several sites of interest! The Bassin de la Villette is 3 minutes away, the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont is 6 minutes away and the Grande Halle de la Villette is 13 minutes away.
You will have a large choice of restaurants, bars and shops nearby; and for your daily shopping, you will find a "Carrefour" and an "Monoprix", respectively at 3 minutes and 4 minutes walk.
You will also be very well served by the various public transport systems to stroll around the city and discover the sites that make Paris famous! Notre Dame Cathedral is 27 minutes away by metro; the Louvre Museum is 26 minutes away and the Eiffel Tower is 46 minutes away.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!
