Super nice Townhome style condo located in Park Place Condominiums in the heart of Surprise, AZ. This prime location is near restaurants, shopping, grocery, Spring Training baseball facilities, golf, hospitals, medical facilities and more all located no more than several miles away and many within walking distance.
The condo features vaulted ceilings, air conditioning, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, tile flooring throughout with ceiling fans in every room. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and a queen size bed in the guest bedroom. There are 3 TV's each with their own Roku or Amazon Firestick 4k for streaming and a digital antenna for watching local channels.
This condo is 1280 sq ft, light and bright and even has a cool indoor/outdoor "Happy Hour" cave located in one side of the garage complete with a 55" TV for fun gatherings, games or whatever the occasion might be.
You'll also enjoy access to the resort style amenities including a pool, hot tub, gym, business center, clubhouse w/ pool table, full kitchen, theater room, Bocce ball and more.

Summary: The apt. Was everything we expected, plus more! The kitchen was very well equipped which made life easy. Coming and going from both the apt and the grounds was very easy. The owner was reached without interruption even though he was in Europe! Apt. Is located close to everything. Very satisfied with this stay.
