Positive: First off, the location is so convenient. It is walking distance to the train station and bus stop, with some restaurants nearby. The room was clean and well designed and had all the necessary amenities. Staff were pleasant and helpful. After our first night, the toilet got broken and unfortunately the maintenance person who could fix it wouldn’t be back for 3 more days. Thus, we were graciously offered a free room change for the inconvenience which we sincerely appreciated. All in all, it was great value for money, especially during Oktoberfest. We would stay here again.
