Positive: The spacious room, cleanliness, and surprisingly quiet despite being next to the highway. Also the fact that it’s in a shopping mall with great dining options other than the hotel restaurant. Nice bar with attentive wait staff. Starbucks at the lower floor. Safe Parking on site partially included. Will be back when i need to be in that area of CDMX.
Negative: The check-in was incredibly slow. It took 3 staff members to get done. Seemed like none knew what they were doing. They barely spoke English, and seemed upset when my husband asked them a few things. They need all kinds of re-training.
Summary: Best value when seeking comfort, cleanliness and convenience
