Newly renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with 3 separate living rooms in the heart of beautiful Spearfish located just a mile from Spearfish Canyon. This home also is within walking distance to the downtown area and so close to Spearfish creek that you can hear the water run as you relax on the deck or soak in the hot tub! This home has an extra long and flat driveway for parking trailers and extra vehicles or motorcycles. This property is set up with a beautiful master bedroom on the main floor with a king size bed and a five piece master bathroom. This master has French doors leading to a deck perfect for sipping coffee and watching the sun rise over Lookout Mountain. Head up the spiral staircase to the second floor and you will find the other 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a cozy tv room with a smart tv and a sofa that has a pull out for sleeping or just relaxing. The largest bedroom upstairs is set up to sleep up to 5 guests with a queen, full and a twin size daybed. The other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and ample space. Head back down the unique spiral staircase and you'll find a modern, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for a quiet night in or a hearty breakfast for a full day of touring! Relax in the open concept living, dining, kitchen area or head down a couple steps to the super cozy sunken family room.
