The community is overflowing with amenities including a private beach, a *seasonally heated swimming pool, 2 tennis courts with lighting, an outdoor grilling station and an outdoor rinse off area. This condo has been recently remodeled.
~ THE PROPERTY ~
"Turtles Nest 1" is a ground floor condo that has been updated with granite counters, new furnishings, beachy chic decor and new flooring throughout. The living room features a gorgeous new white sectional, a flat screen TV and is off from a private covered patio. The open concept dining / kitchen area has a new table with seating for 6 and the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware for all of your dining needs. It features new stainless steel appliances, offers a Keurig coffee maker, a standard drip coffee maker, a dual slice toaster and a blender for all of your beach margarita needs.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 7. The master king suite has flat screen TV, a private patio and an attached bathroom. The guest king bedroom also offers a flat screen TV and access to the adjoining hall bathroom. Down the hall is a bunk room area with a twin over twin bunk bed set. With only a short walk to the gated private beach access and a perfect location, "Turtles Nest 1" is a wonderful spot for your beach vacation!
~ THE AREA ~
"Turtles Nest 1" is located off Scenic Highway 98, the original beach cruising spot in South Walton, Miramar Beach and the Destin area. This road offers a side paved path is perfect for biking, jogging or a wonderful beachside stroll. The path runs right across from the gulf offering expansive views of the coastline. It's also a local favorite for sunsets walks. You'll be a block from world-famous Pompano Joe's Resturant, where you can get the freshest fish and a tropical drink right on the beach. Jet ski, parasailing, banana boat rides and paddle board rentals are located on the beach there as well. The area is full of unique restaurants and fresh seafood and few fund finds are walkable. There are always extra special excursions you can book such as deep sea fishing or pontoon boat rentals for crab island.
