This updated 1,000-square-foot ground-floor condo in a six-condo building is ideally located so you can easily enjoy the best that Newport Beach seaside living offers. This is a tremendous vacation home if you want things to be 'upscale casual' and still have lots of fun. Also ideal if several groups want to vacation together yet have their own private space.
A small private oceanfront balcony has a propane barbecue and a table with two high-top chairs for outside dining. Grassy Balboa Park, the sand, and the water are right in front, so you always have a front-row seat to relax and recharge amidst the beauty here.
This condo is just a block from the edge of Balboa Village, full of shops, restaurants, bars, and all manner of activities you can choose - on land or sea. Also, since there are three other condos, you can rent additional ones if you wish to travel and vacation with others.
There is a spacious great room with a TV, lots of comfortable seating, and slider access to the beachfront patio. A modern kitchen with new Samsung stainless steel appliances has everything you need to create meals and snacks for all - just add the food and have fun. There is an inside marble dining table next to the kitchen bar, which also has a few stools so everyone can eat together inside.
There are two bedrooms; the front bedroom with a beautiful outdoor view has a TV and a full en suite bath. The second bedroom shares a full hallway bath and also has a TV. All bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with an abundant supply of premier linens to ensure you are comfortable at all times.
THINGS TO KNOW
There will be construction nearby until mid-June 2024. Usual hours of intermittent construction are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. with occasional weekday work until 6:30 p.m. Construction will not occur on weekends. Rates have been discounted by 10% for all booking stays between now and mid-June 2024 to compensate for any inconvenience.
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this home (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and parties. Deposit forfeitures and evictions are strictly enforced. Please ensure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.
Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
