The open floor plan and large balcony can easily accommodate enough space for couples or a family. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for the home cooks. Bedroom 1 has a King sized bed, while 2nd Bedroom has 2 Queen beds. The bathrooms have granite countertops. One bathroom has a walk-in shower; while the other has a large jacuzzi tub/shower combination. In addition to beach supplies, owners include all the necessary cleaning supplies; as well as laundry supplies for the washer and dryer located inside the unit. Premium cable tv and internet service are provided, but please bring along your laptop. We include a closet full of fun beach stuff: chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, fishing poles, toys. There is a large heated pool and heated jacuzzi overlooking the bay, a dock for fishing or checking out the wildlife; and a lobby with restrooms. Walking to the large Publix supermarket takes less than a minute (building next to condo), with dozens of restaurants, pubs, and stores within a 15 minute walk. Because of the prime location you can get by without an automobile, but free parking is included in the first-level parking garage. Published weekly rates are (sat thru sat) for groups of up to 4. Since larger groups have higher operating costs, please note there's a fee of $5 for extra guests ONLY when group size exceeds 4. In your initial email, please include information about your family/group. For example - "My husband John & I are from Chicago, IL, and we are considering your condo for a vacation with our 2 children, ages 8 & 10." Also, please feel free to ask ?'s.

Summary: This condo checked all the boxes and then some! Amazing views, great location, spotless and had everything we needed. Also the hosts, Rick and Karin are lovely and very accommodating. They drove us to the airport to pick up our rental so we didn’t have to pay for an Uber. Really can’t say enough great things about this place and the hosts. We are already planning our next stay.
