This stunning Port Charlotte pool home is fully furnished and just a short drive to shopping, dinning, and gorgeous gulf coast beaches. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home comes fully equipped with extra linens, towels, and kitchen accessories.
The screened entry opens into a large living area that flows into the dinning and kitchen spaces, all connected with vaulted ceilings. Enjoy views of the pool from the living room and breakfast area or walk out to the lanai for additional outdoor seating. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom, TV, and entrance to the pool. Located on the opposite end of the home from the master are the two guest bedrooms. One guest room features high ceilings and a queen bed and the second guest room has two twin beds and double closets.
The home is new to the market with lots of interior updates and has been professionally decorated. Reserve now while openings are still available. Pets are welcome with a max of 2 dogs or cats. Pool heating available upon request for additional 75$ weekly fee.
