Don't forget to bring your outdoor adventure equipment. You will have plenty of space to store mountain bikes, skis, snowboards, and more in the attached garage. And parking in the winter is no problem with a heated parking pad in front of the house.

• Easy access to skiing, biking, and hiking in and around Park City
Please note that this home is sitting up on the side of a hill and requires a 4-wheel drive vehicle to get to it in the winter months. The city is responsible for clearing the road that the home is on, and during winter weather events, we have no way of knowing or guaranteeing when the snow plowing will be done. Also, to get to Main Street you will be using Shorty's Stairs, which a lengthy flight of stairs down to Main and then back up to the house. Due to this, our home may not be suitable for certain guests.
