Summary: Love Amelia, and Beachwood is nicely nestled in the tree canopy keeping the car shaded and not too far of a walk to the beach. While the unit is partially updated, it could use some more love. It is nice being on the ground floor, but the patio space is really small with just dirt so not really usable. We had a minor issue that the property manager handled immediately.
