This newly renovated townhome is located near Ft. Belvoir with easy access to Old Town, Lorton, and Washington, D.C. Walk into the first floor and find yourself in a spacious town house that feels like home! The bottom floor contains a play room with a couch, TV, and a newly renovated half bathroom. Move up to the second floor and you will be greeted with an open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen was completely redone in 2023 with new high-end appliances installed and is equipped with everything you will need! The living room has a 75" smart TV and just off that is another newly renovated half bath. Head up to the third floor and you will find the Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom. The Master Bedroom has vaulted ceilings and contains a Cal King bed, dresser, a Roku-enabled TV, and a beautiful Master Bathroom that was just renovated to provide a spacious shower and beautiful vanity! The Guest Bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and two nightstands and is directly across from the guest bathroom.
