This completely renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath home is an Oasis. Situated on the Neuse River with a private beach and expansive lawn, it is the perfect place for a quiet relaxing vacation. Nature abounds with an Osprey nest right on the property, eagles soaring overhead and dolphins splashing not too far from the beach. Fresh home made banana bread awaits your arrival. Nothing was missed when designing this cottage from the cozy fireplace, to the fully stocked kitchen, and oversized laundry-room, you will feel right at home.

Summary: The property was just as described in the listing. The private access to the beach/river is great. It was nice to have the whole beach to ourselves. The host was responsive and helpful. There was only one problem- crickets. Lots of crickets. Not sure if that is a seasonal thing or why there were so many.
