The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 adult queen bunk beds with a second bath right outside the door. The third bedroom has a twin bed.This home is very roomy (2 living rooms) and has plenty of space for family gatherings.The sitting deck overlooks the marsh and there is an additional deck that offers a retreat amongst the palms that feels like an island getaway. Enjoy morning coffee, reading a book, afternoon tea, or wine with sunsets from either area. The gas grill is located on the bottom level near the garage.There is a 6-seat golf cart provided which is the best way to take in the island. You are just a few minutes' ride to the beach, marina, Springtide market, kayak rental, pools, restaurants, pickleball/tennis courts, golf courses, fitness center, walking trails and many other amenities.
