The entire property has been newly renovated in 2021. The beach is a few steps from the door, take a 5-minute walk to Seaview Pier & Restaurant, fish or enjoy a homestyle breakfast or lunch in Seaview Restaurant. Sit on the balcony and watch the sunset, listen to the live music on the patio, or use the community grills on the property. This privately owned home is pristine with pillow-top mattresses, new appliances, beautiful fresh interiors, and all the amenities you could want! Note that the property has elevators, however the unit itself has an indoor flight of stairs. This unit would not be suitable for a handicapped or immobile individual of any age. A baby gate is provided for the safety of small children.
