Be one of the first guests to enjoy the many updates at Century I 1904, a newly renovated, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, oceanfront condo in North Ocean City (99th Street). You'll find new furnishings, new beds, new appliances, and beautiful new quartz countertops in both the kitchen and bathrooms. This two-story, 1,260-square-foot property also offers a unique experience in that it has balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides of the condo for beautiful views of the ocean and the bay - great at sunrise and sunset!
The open-concept living area is cozy and relaxing, with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with comfortable furniture and a flatscreen TV. Step outside from the living room or bedroom onto the oceanfront balcony for refreshing sea breezes and panoramic views of the ocean, the beach, and the entire Ocean City coastline stretching out in the distance. The second bedroom's balcony looks out over a panoramic view of the bay. Both bedrooms have flatscreen TVs as well. Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi, central AC, a washer/dryer, and community facilities such as an indoor pool, a sauna, and a fitness room. Just take the elevator downstairs and you're steps from the ocean and sand!
Guests of Century I have access to great facilities that include an indoor pool (open seasonally), an oceanfront sun deck, and a fully renovated gym with a sauna. A variety of restaurants and attractions are conveniently located within walking distance, including Liquid Assets, Trattoria Lombardi's, and the Ocean City Public Library. You'll also be a short drive or bus ride from the famous Ocean City Boardwalk on the south side of town and beautiful Northside Park up at 126th Street - the host of fun events throughout the year as well as a fishing/crabbing pier, an expansive playground, and peaceful walking paths.
Things to Know
A non-refundable $50 building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. The fee covers guests' use of all amenities plus parking for 1 vehicle. A second pass is $10 a night or $70 a week. Towing is enforced with vehicles without a pass. Charges occur and parking permits are used from May 1 through October 31. Off season, parking is not charged nor are parking permits handed out.
The indoor pool at the Century1 building does not open until Memorial Day weekend and closes the first of October.
The Century 1 bulding includes climbing steps to reach your vacation rental.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
