This very rustic style cabin retreat is only 22 minutes from Downtown Asheville yet peacefully tucked away in the Blue Ridge Mountains!
This property is fairly secluded but please follow the rules listed below to ensure we do not leave a negative impact on any of our neighbors.
-No guest can book this property under the age of 21
-We are very serious about our No Parties or events policy. Fees will be applied if done without permission
-No overnight visitors not listed on your reservation
-There cannot be more than 8 people in or on the property at any one point in time
You agree to know and agree to following fees:
a) smoking, vaping, cannabis 500$ for each day you are inside the property smoking, vaping, or smoking cannabis
b) late checkout: $200 if your checkout is unauthorized to be late
c) unauthorized pets: $150 for each day you have an unauthorized pet
d) Parties or Events: $1000 a night

Summary: Initially, the property did not have clean bedsheets in the master bedroom, and there was some other cleaning issues. It turns out there was a communication issue w the cleaner but the home owner came to replace the sheets and make the bed. He cleaned up the other little things and returned our cleaning fee. Besides this, the actual property is very neat, cozy and in a nice area. The road up to the property is dirt, so a suv with all wheel drive and some ground clearance might be best. The hot tub, grill and outdoor fireplace are a really nice touch to the scenic mountains in the distance. Overall, my family enjoyed their stay and I think this rental is deserving of 5 stars, because of the owner despite initial impressions.
