Welcome to "Beach Pass" a fun and new rental 1 block from the beach in the desirable shore town of Margate. Park your car and walk everywhere. Near all the shops, restaurants and beach. Enjoy designer finishes, custom kitchen, outdoor deck and that fresh ocean breeze.
*Please note parking in any shore town in the summer can be difficult. 1 Parking spot is provided in the rear of the building for 15 minute loading/unloading. There is an easement/shared driveway with the neighbor and can not be blocked. Off street parking is available on Atlantic ave or the side streets.
6 Beach Chairs, 2 Umbrellas, 6 Beach Towels and 6 Beach tags are included with the rental. One set of linens is provided for your convenience. Please return them all for the next guest. Please treat the property with respect, no parties, no pets, no smoking.
