Welcome to our newer construction 3,700sf home in the picturesque Indian Mountain Lakes Community of the Pocono Mountains. The space is great for family and friends to enjoy all of the surrounding activities in the Pocono Mountains or for a quiet escape in the mountains.
The home consists of 3 floors and central heating and air which provides perfect place for groups of families and friends to spread out and enjoy everything the Poconos has to offer.
All of our guests get FREE access to the community's private amenities.
Community Rules:
In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form that we will send you once you book. Within this form, you must provide: your full name, contact information, form of ID, and the names and ages of all guests at least 2 business days before check-in. If we don't have this information 3 business days prior to your stay there is a $115 late fee.

Community amenities include access to a private beach area, outdoor community swimming pools, lake access for fishing and non-motorized boating, children's playground, basketball, and tennis court areas. Beach and community pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes Labor Day weekend (dates are subject to change by the HOA - 11am -7 pm).
We provide amenity cards (10 total) and are required at all times for anyone over 5 years old when enjoying community amenities.
The 10 person occupancy INCLUDES infants and children.
Any changes to your reservation must be submitted at least 24 hours before check-in, and a $15 change fee may apply.
