Positive: The property manager was an absolute dream! There were fast responses for questions and concerns! There were solutions offered for minor problems. The property at first glance was very lovely and spacious.
Negative: As you begin to settle in, there were major causes for concerns. There was an issue of cleanliness in the home. We soon noticed an accumulation of dirt on our feet and socks after walking around in common areas. We found old beer cans on the window sills in one of the rooms and the pool area was absolutely disappointing. The pool, hot tub, and grill were absolutely unfit for use. Those were the major reasons for my choosing this property. Many areas of the property are due for improvement. There was significant damage to the furniture and appliance in the kitchen. Caulking on tubs and showers were severely cracked and discolored. At a price point of over $2500 for 3 days, I was truly expecting to enjoy all the amenities of the home as listed on booking.com. This was not the case. I did take some videos
