Located south of Port St Joe and 45 minutes east of Panama City, this townhome is close enough to enjoy the amenities and far enough to avoid the crowds. Stay at Scallop Inn with the most spectacular ocean views in the complex and enjoy morning coffee from the master bedroom deck or grill your day’s catch on the main deck. At night, relax on one of the three decks and listen to the waves crash on the beach. Without the crowds or high rise condos, this vacation rental is perfectly situated near the unspoiled beaches, two pools, and well-maintained, lighted tennis courts with high speed internet. This unit is also pet friendly. Once you’ve experienced Cape San Blas, you will most certainly return! Scallop Inn is under new ownership and boasts updated decor and is a large two bedroom, two bath town home that sleeps six comfortably. Complete bath and kitchen renovations are in the works now! Upper Floor: Master Bedroom with private deck and views, queen size bed, full bath newly renovated glass shower, cable TV, DVD, ceiling fan, telephone and alarm clock. Laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Lower Floor: Full kitchen including all the utensils, dishes, glassware, bakeware and cookware you will need. Refrigerator with ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, small keurig, mixer and electric can opener. Dining area has seating for 4 with an additional two stools at the breakfast bar. Living room has queen sofa sleeper, telephone, cable TV, DVD, movies and games. Off the living room is a large deck for viewing the gulf with patio table, chairs and a gas grill. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, private deck overlooking the tennis courts and heated pool. Full bathroom with tub and shower. Under the unit: Covered parking for two cars. There is also an outside shower and hose for washing the sand off your feet, pet, jet ski or boat. Outside closet contains a variety of beach toys and chairs for your enjoyment. There is a ring doorbell at the front door for security.
