Recently renovated ground floor apartment on the pretty and sort after Lago Jardin 1 with fabulous pool! Situated close to the sea the apartment is in a lovely quiet location and is close to the pool and restaurant, which also has a tennis court next door. All amenities on the urbanisation are just a short 5 minute and pleasant meander through the different manzana's.This property which also has wifi is in a much sought after area and all important amenities are close by. Approximately 3 klm from a vibrant Torrevieja and only a 5 minute drive to the many pretty beaches, which there are plenty of. Anyone looking for busy nightlife can go to Torrevieja and for those choosing a tranquil and quiet evening then, there is no where better than what Lago Jardin 1 has to offer. The pool bar and facilities are all run by friendly locals and the pool is manned by life guards. There is a magnetic pool pass in the apartment which you will need to get in and only those on the urbanisation are allowed access. The local super market,chemist and superb hospital are all within walking distance and always very helpful.
If you want a busy holiday it is there, but like wise if you opt for the quiet life, then you have that too.
During the summer months the pool bar always have some form of entertainment on,from gymnastics in the pool to live entertainment, so there is always something for everyone. Manzana 4 is at the end of the urbanisation and is very peaceful and relaxing.
There are plenty of coach trips and boat rides that can be booked and they are very reasonably priced. Golfers will not be disappointed either.
The apartment benefits from a new kitchen, new bathroom and bedroom and occupies an enviable spot.... it is not overlooked at all and enjoys the pretty views of the immaculately manicured gardens. The pictures do not do it justice.
Alicante airport is a 40min drive away and there are always taxi's and also a bus that runs every hour for approx 10euros. There is also good car hire at the airport and parking once you get to the apartment. Contact me for transportation.
Every night at approx 11.30pm the bin men come around and pick up the rubbish from the dumpsters that are strategically placed along the road ,it is a well practised service that works really well.
