Feel the prevailing southern winds on your face as you have wine under the pergola, lounge in the hammocks, or chill in the rocking chairs on the front balcony and watch the sunset over miles of undeveloped land. Appreciate the seasonal grasses and wildflowers, deer and other wildlife, hill country vistas to the southeast and north, and million-star views under Blanco county's dark skies.
Get ready to be spoiled with two oversized ensuite bedrooms with large walk-in showers, one with a private balcony/exit to the backyard, the other boasting a fireplace. Entertaining will be a breeze, as the kitchen has double ovens, double sinks, and double dishwashers! The kitchen opens onto a family room with an inviting stone fireplace, card games table, and ping pong table. The kitchen and family room have access to the back patio with a pergola, fire pit, and hammocks. Not to mention, multiple dining options await both indoors or out so take your pick! Summary: We had a great time at the property. It was perfect for our group of seven friends. The kitchen had everything we needed and the double sinks, dishwashers and ovens made our dinners and clean up quick and very efficient. The bedrooms were very comfortable and two master suites felt very luxurious. Very nice surprise! The location was great within 15-20 minutes to an abundance of wineries and just a few minutes to Johnson city.
