This oceanfront condo is new on the market, recently remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, and well maintained. It's located in the quiet, safe neighborhood of Windy Hill and is a great place to take family, friends or that special someone for a memorable getaway.
WaterPointe I is a popular family friendly condominium known for its relaxed atmosphere. We have an indoor heated pool and hot tub, a large outdoor pool and kiddie pool, and most important we are steps from the ocean. All of the balconies at WaterPointe face the ocean. This condo has a double balcony that stretches from the master bedroom to the living room and is accessible from both. We have all new balcony furniture complete with chairs and a table you can dine at, or just sit and enjoy the view of the Atlantic ocean where your sure to see dolphins swimming up and down the coast, and be able take in some breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.
There are 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and is oceanfront with access to the balcony. The master bath has been fully renovated for the 2017 season. The second bedroom also has a king size bed, and the third has a bunk bed plus a trundle. The second bathroom is a full guest bathroom that has also been fully renovated for the 2017 season. We provide all quality towels and linens for our guests at no extra charge. There are flat screen tv's and extended satellite cable in all bedrooms. We also offer free private Wi-Fi.
You will also find this condo is fully equipped with all the luxuries of home, including a complete kitchen with everything you'll need and then some. You will also find a full size washer and dryer in the condo. With this unit you'll find your not just staying in a condo rental but someone's second home. Exceptionally decorated and ready for you to enjoy. You'll be ready to call this place your home away from home....

Summary: Condo is very clean, updated and well appointed. The property management company that takes cares of the whole property does an excellent job the whole place is very clean. The beach is busy but it is def less busy than the surrounding beaches bc there are some smaller houses near the condo. Had a great time!
