Welcome to Evian 184! This light airy private ground floor unit in Evian overlooks the sixth green of Brigantine Golf Course. There are beautiful views from both porches and the dining room down the entire fairway. Enjoy watching wildlife and golf from the picture window. The kitchen has all new (2017) Jenn-Air appliances including an induction stove cook top with convection oven and separate warming tray. Also new is the gas grill on the patio. Paint, décor and furnishings including beds have all been replaced in 2017 and 2018. Flooring has been replaced in all but the bathrooms and kitchen. There is a 55” wall mount smart TV over the fireplace in the LR. The large master bedroom has a 42” wall mount smart TV and adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom has a 24” TV and pack n play with mattress and sheet. You will find this end unit quiet and comfortable. (We are a separate building with only a unit above us.) If you are a tennis player, you are very close to the recently resurfaced lighted tennis courts. Also, right out our door is the community pool, and walking trails. With all the bike trails on Hilton Head Island, it is a great place to exercise and enjoy the scenery. A short walk or bike ride brings you to Shipyard beach, the Sonesta, Coligny, churches and many great stores and restaurants. Evian in Shipyard Plantation is not overbuilt yet provides easy access to the beach and is close to many favorite restaurants, great shopping, golf courses and fun adult and family destinations like a jazz club, beach Tiki bar, miniature golf and so much more. The swimming pool in Evian is a great place to relax with the kids and has a deck that walks out to a 4-acre lagoon for viewing the wild life of Hilton Head Island. Parking is plentiful in our Evian area right outside of your door. Our unit has everything you're looking for to provide an unforgettable vacation.
