This cozy cottage went through a beautiful, complete renovation in 2018, and it is an easy 2-minute walk to your private community beach. Bright, open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans in bedrooms and living area. Main living area features A/C unit. Enjoy grilling on the patio and eating outside in the yard. Outdoor shower (not enclosed) added in 2020! Main Living Area: Cable TV, DVDs, A/C, Ceiling Fan Kitchen: Brand new appliances and counters, Keurig coffee maker, fully-stocked with pots/pans, utensils, and dishes 1st Bedroom: Full-size bed, ceiling fan 2nd Bedroom: Full-size bed, ceiling fan 3rd Bedroom: Twin bunk beds Bathroom: Newly-tiled shower, new vanity, washer/dryer, direct exterior access (great for coming straight off the beach!)
