Summary: The room was very nice. We loved the balcony and were glad to have legitimate porch chairs. The host agency was awesome, very quick and responsive. Parking was confusing, we parked on the second floor and had to take the stairs (or elevator if you're lucky) back to, not terribly inconvenient, just confusing the first day. I do wish it was easier to find information about the resort itself such as restaurant hours and shops as well as better maps to figure out how to get to each pool. The light show was nice and we had a great view. I loved not having to visit the lobby at all and being able to "check in" and out through the host. Be aware that security is serious when it comes to the wrist bands and parking passes so make sure to get that squared away.
